Shauna Knoernschild-Lehr began working at CymSTAR in March 2009 where she has spent her career working in both the Human Resources and Security Departments. She was appointed the Director of Human Resources and Personnel Security in June 2026.
In this capacity, Shauna manages all aspects of the Human Resources Department, including compliance, recruiting, retention, benefits administration and strategic planning. In addition, she manages the physical security aspects of the Security Department while working closely with the Cybersecurity team to ensure compliance.
Shauna holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, from Oklahoma State University and has certifications as a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and Industrial Security Professional (ISP).
