Shauna Knoernschild-Lehr began working at CymSTAR in March 2009 where she has spent her career working in both the Human Resources and Security Departments. She was appointed the Human Resources Manager in June 2017 and has been the Facility Security Officer intermittently since 2009.
In this capacity, Shauna manages all aspects of the Human Resources Department, including compliance, recruiting, retention, benefits administration and strategic planning. In addition, she manages the physical security aspects of the Security Department while working closely with the Cybersecurity team to ensure compliance.
Shauna holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, from Oklahoma State University and has certifications as a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and Industrial Security Professional (ISP).
