Dan Repp serves as Director, Business Development for CymSTAR LLC. He is responsible for growing CymSTAR’s Air Force Market with a focus on the areas of Simulation, Training Systems and Technical Services. Dan is an active member of the CymSTAR Senior Management Team, where he focuses on growth and expansion by building awareness of the CymSTAR brand in Engineering and Training Services. Dan joined CymSTAR in early 2021, adding his extensive and diverse background in Air Force training and Defense Industry marketing experience in the flight training systems and services sectors.
Dan retired from the Air Force after a 30-year career in mobility and air refueling operations. His service included assignments to several operational units such as Flight Training Units, 21st Air Force, the Air Mobility Warfare Center, the KC-135 Weapons Instructor Course, and HQ Air Mobility Command.
Following his Air Force career, Dan served as a Booz-Allen-Hamilton air refueling systems subject matter expert (SME) on two ACAT-I acquisition programs at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. Additionally, he has held positions with CAE USA as Director of Business Development and MCR LLC as both Director of Business Development and Director of Operations.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management and is a current certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Dan and his bride have three adult children, two currently active duty and the third an Air Force veteran.
