Our simulator modification capability is a key technology necessary to penetrate this market, and CymSTAR has the systems engineering, hardware, software, logistics, quality, and configuration management capabilities necessary to accomplish such endeavors. Additionally, CymSTAR staff have prior experience managing Trainer System Support Centers (TSSC) for a major training center.

CymSTAR has established relationships with several big businesses with excellent reputations performing maintenance and support of large training centers, and they will mentor CymSTAR's small business development in this area. These big businesses can supplement CymSTAR's capabilities, particularly in the areas of database development, repair depots, courseware development, etc.
