Electrical Engineers -- Broken Arrow, OK

  • Responsible for design, production, documentation, test and integration of military training electrical and electronics equipment. 
  • Requires a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.  Must have 5 or more years of direct, related experience.  PE registration a plus. Travel is required.
  • Candidate will interface with individuals in Program Management and other Engineers.  Successful candidate will have strong Interpersonal skills including positive interaction with internal and external customers, clear and concise written communications, and ability to perform effective oral presentations.
  • Successful candidate must have direct, related experience with electrical CAD tools.  Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage.  Must be proficient with use of test equipment including Oscilloscopes, Mult-Meters, and Signal Generators.

  • Requires a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Physics.  Must have 5 or more years of direct, related experience.  Travel is required. 
  • Candidate will interface with individuals in Program Management and other Engineers.  Successful candidate will have strong Interpersonal skills including positive interaction with internal and external customers, clear and concise written communications, and ability to perform effective oral presentations.
  • Successful candidate must have direct, related experience with operating system internals sufficient to support the development and test of software drivers, utilities, libraries, equipment interfaces, and graphical user interfaces, in support of real-time applications.  Previous Linux/UNIX software development experience as well as programming in C, C#, C++, Java, Python, and FORTRAN is an advantage.  Travel is required.

Proposal Manager -- Broken Arrow, OK

  • Responsible for leading proposal efforts of complex electro-mechanical military training equipment. Analyze government tenders, conduct color team reviews to ensure compliancy, update processes, develop tools, and research data. Candidate will be expected to provide layout oversight, write, and edit various RFP responses within a team environment.
  • Requires a baccalaureate degree in Journalism, Technical Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent is required.  At least 5 years related experience with marketing, document writing, task management, team building, quality assurance and/or other related areas.  Experience in the Federal Government or DoD procurement proposal environment is highly desired.
  • Candidate will interface with engineering, program management, and external customers.  Must possess strong, positive interpersonal skills, clear and concise written communications, and ability to perform effective oral presentations. Must have direct, related experience with software controlled electro-mechanical systems to include electrical, electronic, mechanical, optical and/or hydraulic subassemblies. Travel may be required.
